If you choose to pay by card, PayPal or Google Pay, your payment is processed through the relevant payment provider. I do not need to see or store your full card number or card security code.

If you contact me, I may collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address and the contents of your message.

If you sign up to my mailing list, I will collect your email address and any other information you voluntarily provide as part of the sign-up process.

Shippo: I use Shippo to create and manage shipping labels and to help arrange delivery of orders. Information such as your name and delivery address may be provided to Shippo for this purpose.

Royal Mail: I use Royal Mail to deliver physical orders. Your name and delivery address, and other information necessary for delivery, may be provided to Royal Mail.

Mailchimp: I use Mailchimp to manage my mailing list and send marketing emails. If you sign up to my mailing list, your email address and any other information you provide for this purpose may be processed by Mailchimp.

I may also disclose information where I am legally required to do so, or where necessary to protect my rights or the security of my website and business.

6. Payment information

Payments made through my website may be processed by third-party payment providers.

Depending on the payment method you choose, this may include card payments, PayPal or Google Pay.

Your payment information may therefore be processed directly by the relevant payment provider. I do not intend to store your complete card details on my own systems.

7. Mailing list and marketing

If you choose to sign up to my mailing list, your email address will be processed using Mailchimp.

I may use your email address to send you emails about my artwork, prints, new releases, exhibitions, offers, updates or other news that may be of interest to you.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in the email or by contacting me at contact@areebabaig.com.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not stop essential communications relating to an order you have placed with me.

My website is hosted on Squarespace. Squarespace uses cookies and similar technologies, including cookies that are necessary for features such as shopping carts and checkout. Depending on the features and settings used on my website, analytics or other non-essential cookies may also be used.
